I've been in Taiwan for a week now and it's pretty smooth sailing so far. Eventho my mom and I can navigate the city without too many problems there are still many things we need help with eg. government related procedures like applying for an ID card or health card, buying a computer, signing up for cell phone service, etc. But it is precisely the fact that i need help with practically everything that i've truely felt the presence of God with me. He has provided my mom, relatives, and friends to help me thru this time of transition. All my mom or I have to do is is make a phone call and someone will step up and help us without reservation. On another thankful note, I haven't experienced any GI upset since arriving in Taiwan.
Any of you who has had the pleasure of coming down with GI troubles in Taiwan knows how utterly thankful I am. Thank God! Truely!
