I've grown closer to God more and more ever since arriving in Taiwan. Being in a country where idol worshipping and demon possession is ubiquitous, the presence of Good and evil is hard to ignore. When what I've learned all those years in church about the existence of the devil and evil spirits is so evident here, it's hard to ignore the the flip side of that world; the existence of an all mighty God. And the more faith I have in God, the more I feel his presence with me all the time, protecting me and guiding me. When I meditate on Jesus, I feel no fear or anxiety. How great is our Lord!
